  • Excluded from standard bond clean - degreasing of oil stains (extra cost)

EXCLUSIONS : Important Notes Regarding Our Bond Cleans

Review your Lease Agreement

The tenant specifications vary depending on the real estate agency and property manager. If you have any special requirements, we urge you to check your lease agreement and notify us determine as soon as possible so we can include them in your service. Each of these are not covered by our guarantee if we are not aware about them prior to the service.

Our bond cleaning services do not include the following services. (Internal). If the item can be requested to be added, it is noted:

  • Removal of stickers or removable hooks
  • Removal or shining of furniture
  • Ceiling cleaning
  • External cleaning (e.g. balcony, external windows, patios)
  • Baby/child safety latch/lock removal
  • Rubbish bin cleaning
  • External window cleaning
  • Any cleaning that would result in damage
  • Wet Wiping Light bulbs, Biohazards
  • High reach areas (Must be within reach of a step ladder)
  • Blind cleaning (can be added)
  • Wall washing (can be added)
  • Extensive garage cleaning - we will vacuum/sweep; and clean light switches & power points as part of our standard clean
  • Garage wall cleaning
  • Garage floor/wall oil stainremoval
  • Chandeliers cleaning
  • Animal or Human Waste
  • Gardening and putting dishes away

Specific Notes

  • Tile & Grout Cleaning : While our cleaners will manually scrub tiled areas as part of a bond clean, we do not specialise in tile and grout cleaning; as a result, a professional tile and grout clean may be warranted depending on the condition of your tiles and or grout and is a service distinct from that of our bond clean.
  • Nicotine / Smoke / Cigarette Smoke Damage : As part of our rectification guarantee, cleaning of nicotine and stains from smoke or smoking is not covered. It is generally acknowledged that stains will endure even after thorough cleaning.
  • Carpet Shampoo Stains : Stain removal services are not part of our carpet shampooing services. The technician will evaluate any stains during carpet cleaning and give you an additional price quote to have them removed. We can't promise that a stain will be completely removed. Stains can occasionally fade up to 80%.
  • Our Bond Clean Guarantee Details : We guarantee our service by correcting any issues identified by your real estate agent regarding our internal bond clean, free of charge. Issues must be advised to us within five days of the completion of your service. We require 36 to 48 hours from the time we received exit report from the real estate agent to address any problems and unrestricted access will be required. Our guarantee covers those items cleaned as part of your service. Where issues identified are related to matters that did not form part of the original service, we are happy to return to your property to provide additional support at our usual bond service rates.
  • Initial Inspection upon Arrival/Final Walkthrough : When our cleaners first arrive at your residence, they will conduct an inspection (with you if you happen to be there) to assess the service to the quote offered. We will alert you promptly and before any work completes if any modifications are required (such as more time). There are some issues that must be managed on your end, like property debris. This might not be possible for a cleaner to eliminate from your property.
  • On the day of cleaning : it's essential to conduct a walkthrough and sign the final review checklist, as we always suggest. This is essential because it allows us to demonstrate to you whether all our work meets your standards. Your schedule may not always align with the end of our cleaning service time. We advise asking a friend or family member to supervise the final walkthrough of the cleaning. Allow the cleaner to know right away if you're not happy with the clean and want it revamped right away so that we can fix it and prevent further issues. Our cleaners will be pleased to immediately re-clean the areas that have been addressed. If for some reason you are not present for the final walkthrough, or you did not sign that Final Walkthrough Checklist, we will consider our service to be 100% complete. You agreed that we comply with consumer rights.
  • Payment must be made in the full 24 hours prior to the commencement of the cleaning. If you are paying by direct deposit, please send through your remittance advice and allow 2 working days for bank clearing. Payments can be made cash, bank transfer or card (2.2% surcharge applies on cards).
  • Please Note : We require electricity and water at the premises on the cleaning day.
  • This quote is an estimate only based on information provided at the time of quoting. Extra charges may apply on the day pending condition and size of the property when viewed.
  • Blind cleaning, carpets, pest control or any other service are not included in the bond cleaning price unless specified in the quote. Ceilings and garages are excluded from bond cleaning service. Internal windows (reachable only).
