When booking a service with ECO Cleaning Brisbane, you agree to the terms and conditions as listed below surrounding the ECO Cleaning Brisbane's service guarantee. These "Terms and Conditions" Represent an agreement between the "ECO Cleaning Brisbane." and the Client. By using our service, Customers have Agreed to be bound by our Terms & Conditions and are satisfied with our company. 1. The Day of the cleaning : - Your attendance to the property on the day of the booking is not compulsory. Keys can be left for our team to get access to the property, but we require at least that the person responsible for booking the cleaning must be contactable by phone, if we can't contact anyone before the service commences, we reserve the right to not carry out service.

2. General : - Apartments, houses or units above ground level with no access to lifts may incur an additional charge minimum of $50. The Customer is required to provide our Cleaners access to water & electricity. If the Property doesn't have these utilities, the cleaners will do their best, but the bond cleaning guarantee will not be applicable. Customer responsibility is to make the property empty as per our requirement for cleaning. Our team members are not responsible for moving furniture or items around when cleaning carpets and floors. If cleaning under or behind a heavy item (weighted above 5 kg) is required then clients will be required to move these items. Prior to the commencement of the service, no service warranty will be provided for that area if the items are not removed. It is under the client's responsibility to provide thorough access to property including car parking expenses. We take full responsibility for any damages that may be caused by our cleaners while carrying out the services, however, our team will not be responsible for any discoloration to ceilings or walls after cleaning.

Note : - Any damage must be reported via email within 24 hours of service. Any personal properties that are left behind within property we will not be held accountable for their additional loss when disposed of with waste products unless the client notified us via email.

3. Payment : - The client agreed to make payment prior to starting our service. Payments must be made either via cash or bank transfer. A tax invoice will be emailed upon completion of the job.

4. Job Quotation : - All quotes provided without inspections the quote is only an estimate based on the information available at the time. Quotes will be subject to change according to additional services, room size, condition of the house, property size etc. If a quote variation is required client will be notified prior to work commences, once the quoted variation is agreed client is required to pay additional cost prior to start the service. If quote variation is not agreed but the client wishes to proceed with the service, some items or all items of the service warranty will void.

5. Cancellation & Reschedule : - When a customer fails to provide a 24 hours cancellation notice period to starting agreed times the customer agrees to pay cancellation & reschedule fee of $100. Our company holds all right to cancel the job if we deem the property is unsafe for the team's health and safety or wellbeing or if we cannot access the property as agreed same day cancellation fees & reschedule fees may apply.

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel any service if the property is not as described in condition or size or if unexpected circumstances occur. If the property is not ready for the cleaning at the service time including the tenant still in the process of moving, the customer agrees to pay $40 per hour for each staff member. If there is a job cancellation requirement, customers must pay travel costs.

Service Guarantee : - ECO Cleaning Brisbane must be notified as soon as possible regarding defects of the clean so that we may comment, inspect and return in a timely manner. This must be in written format by email to us. email address outlining in detail the items that need to be rectified. It is important that this is done within the three-day allowance. Please allow for 48 hours for our cleaners to re attendance. We do not offer refunds without the opportunity to rectify any issues. The service guarantee only covers the cleaning of the unsatisfactory items at the property and does not entitle you to have the entire cleaning package nor additional items redone.

The service guarantee can only be invoked by the person who booked the cleaning service, with the exception of the vacate clean of which the owner of the property or the real estate agent managing the property may invoke the work guarantee on behalf of the person who booked the service. The service guarantee is only valid for up to 7 workings days after the date of the cleaning service and under the following conditions being met:

1. No building or maintenance work has been carried out at the property during or after the cleaning has been finished including but not limited to; renovation work, flooring replacement/repair, painting and decorating, plumbing or electrical work and other such similar services.
2. The property has only had minimal and light foot traffic during or after the cleaning, this exclusively excludes but is not limited to excluding; parties being held or other such large social gatherings at the property, home-open/house viewings other and such similar activities*. That the toilets etc have not been used at viewings and open homes and that the floors have not been marked from parties walking on the floors with dirty shoes/feet etc.
3. The property has not been damaged in any way, be this from weather conditions or other such acts of nature, accidents by an external party or the person who booked the clean or animals left in the property during or after the cleaning.
4. The service guarantee will only be honoured on the same clean at the same property up to a maximum of 2 times, after that ECO Cleaning Brisbane will cease to re-attend to the property in dispute of that clean. All items that you wish to be rectified must be listed in the initial email and no other further items may be added a second time that we could have rectified on the initial reattend.
5. The property has not been left open or unlocked, unattended or has had a security breach and had unwanted patrons enter after the cleaning service.
6. The property must be in a liveable condition at the time of the service taking place for the service guarantee to be honoured, this includes but is not limited to meeting the following criteria:
I. The property is not excessively damaged, be this cosmetic or structurally.
II. There are no issues with feral animals, bugs, insects or such at the property.
III. The property must have safe and usable electrical outlets and must have running hot water.

Any of the above will void the guarantee.

ECO Cleaning Brisbane accepts no responsibility for bonds held back by real estate agents or owners nor for additional rent charges or other such charges accrued. The cleaning guarantee does not include blinds or ceiling cleaning. An additional price can be paid for cleaners to manually clean blinds.

We don't take any Guarantee :

Hard water stains removed from shower glass and taps. Calcium buildup and mould inside sealant.
Permanent marks.
Mould and grout.
Tile and natural rope stains.
Discoloration of Grout, toilets, plastics, taps, glass door, window.

The purpose of the spot clean is to clean the basic marks from high traffic areas to meet the bond standard, however additional charge may apply if walls are badly marked, or heavily stained as they may require extra cleaning time. External windows, Glass and Outside Areas: - These areas are not warranted due to weather circumstances.

Although we aim to ensure every job is cleaned professionally and every client is happy, not all stains can be removed and not all cleaning is reversible. Our definition of satisfaction pertains to a level of improvement not perfection! Properties in a state of wear and tear or in some instances "Trashed Properties" cannot be renewed to brand new, however we will do our utmost to ensure your property is cleaned professionally and looks great!
